The user who registers or makes the purchase as a &#8220;guest&#8221; declares that he has read the Privacy Policy and that the personal data entered is true, as well as correct, assuming full responsibility for the information provided.<\/p>\n<p>The data will be used by Salumificio Celotto Antonio &amp; c sas only for shipping unless otherwise indicated by the customer with appropriate registration.<\/p>\n<p>The data necessary for the shipment of the package will be indicated to the transport company which will use them to communicate the day of delivery to the customer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acceptance of the conditions of sale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Product availability and order fulfillment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The e-commerce system adopted on the site is designed to guarantee the Customer maximum transparency, indicating in real time the exact status of availability of the Products in stock and relative delivery times.<br \/>It must be considered that multiple users can place orders for the same product at the same time and consequently vary the stock in our warehouse. In this case, it will be our pleasure to appropriately notify the customer by telephone or e-mail of any problems related to the availability of the product, who at that point can freely decide whether or not to cancel the order placed. In case of cancellation, the Customer will be promptly refunded the amount paid.<br \/>Please note that the images and information in the product sheets are indicative and sometimes may not fully correspond to the actual characteristics of the item, although we take great care and attention in this as well.<\/p>\n<p>For customers who choose bank transfer as a payment method, it will be necessary to wait for confirmation before the order is processed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Orders are accepted through the website. The Customer who sends the order directly from the site will receive, at the end of the procedure, an e-mail communication confirming the order, with the indication of the relative order number.<\/p>\n<p>The customer will also receive an email from the shipping company that will allow him to track the package in real time and which will indicate the day of delivery and the branch where the package is in charge.<br \/>It is possible to cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed and the goods not yet shipped, by telephone or by written communication to be sent by e-mail to celotto.salumificio@gmail.com<br \/>For orders already processed, the customer must exercise the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.agcm.it\/consumatore\/consumatore-competenza\/4524-decreto-legislativo-6-settembre-2005-n-206-codice-del-consumo.html\">Right of Withdrawal<\/a> by maintaining the products in an appropriate manner as label indications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sales prices<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All sales prices displayed on the site are indicated in Euros and include VAT. They may undergo variations without notice, the price per kg and the price for the chosen size will be indicated with a weight difference of + &#8211; 50grams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applicable law and competent court<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This agreement is governed by Italian law.
